Every employee has a responsibility to maintain our work environment including identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, practices, or activities that may affect the safety or health of others or themselves and conducting themselves in a safe and sensible manner. Employees are offered regular training opportunities, equipment and facilities to keep them safe from job related accidents or illness. In the event of injury, we promptly conduct a thorough investigation with the primary focus to understand why the incident occurred and deliver corrective actions, if necessary.
As consultants, we are often on sites under the operational control of our clients or their contractors. We are subject to the safety policies and procedures in place on such sites and adhere to the higher of the site or SGC safety standards.
