SGC Engineering (SGC) was hired as a Licensed Land Surveyor by the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VAoT) to perform a Right of Way Boundary Survey and related work for the inventory of VAoT real property along routes VT 104 & VT 105 in St Albans (4.6 miles) and route VT 105 in Swanton (3.9 miles).  Although a survey project at its core, it relied heavily on SGC’s Data Management expertise for survey point processing, streamlining the notification process, organization of research materials, photo documentation of monuments, and integration of field data and records research into the project deliverables.
